Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the specific jump ropes or accessories you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship & Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
